We believe that in order to know where you are going you must know where you are from. Our values and our strengths come from having a strong self of identity and it has never been more important to know what matters to you.

Cactus & Jade was founded in 2015 in Boston, Mass. The legacy of revolution and innovation is what has endowed us with our progressive mindset towards consulting and business.
​
In 2017, we expanded to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where we began to truly understand our commitment to our employees and strength of heart to our clients. For us, this gateway city to the midwest showed us the true meaning of persistence. Over the years Pittsburgh has continued to reform itself to meet ever changing industries and technology.

Now, in 2020, we continue our westward expansion. Dallas is the epicenter of culture, business, tech and telecom in Texas and we are honored to be a part of this great city.

We continue to map out our expansion plans into more cities including Atlanta, GA, Hartford, CT and other major cities across the US while continuing to strengthen our existing partnerships in our founding locations.

Literally Why are we Called Cactus & Jade?
FIRST. WE'RE IN TEXAS.
Texas offers many great things and Dallas is an epicenter of growth, innovation, business and technology. When we thought of Texas, aside from Cowboys and Longhorns, Stars and the Alamo, one of the most iconic images for us was of the cactus. Like the cactus, we are persistent and enduring no matter what the situation and we have brought that mindset to our clients and our business.
WHY CACTUS?
Cacti are extraordinary plants. They can persevere through the harshest conditions and are always prepared for whatever comes their way. They can live for 200 years which in this age of fast changing technology is a virtual eternity. They come in many shapes and sizes and variations (over 1500 kinds) and just like our team at Cactus & Jade.
WHY JADE?
Honestly, why not? But did you know that jade is one of the most versatile and beautiful gems? Throughout history it has been used not just for beauty but also for tools and healing. Jade has adapted over time and so do we. It's not enough just to be one thing, we are many, in this way we are able to have a diverse client portfolio and our employees come from all different walks of life.

Our Mission at Cactus & Jade is to provide an atmosphere of success and growth for all our employees and clients. By the end of 2021, we intend to expand to three new markets with discussions in an additional three.
