Honestly, you don't until you try us. Our management staff has years of experience in the industry which has enabled us to grow. We also will go out of our way to find solutions to help you achieve your business goals. As a consulting firm, we aren't opposed to hiring consultants to help us achieve your goals too.

IS THERE CAREER ADVANCEMENT AT CACTUS & JADE?

YES! We want to grow and we can't do that if people don't want to grow with us. We are looking for people that have big aspirations and goals just like us. There is a rigorous training program if someone wants to become a manager within our company, but if that is someone's path we are all for it.

DOES EVERYONE START IN SALES?

We are a sales and acquisitions company. Every person that works here, has started in the sales position and then transitioned to a different role. Sales is a life skill that no matter what career someone goes onto is necessary for their success in their future. Our employees become experts in reading body language, tonality, etc. and they use these skills in every day life.

WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR IN YOUR EMPLOYEES?

Of course like every other company, we want hard working, motivated and exceptional individuals to work for us. But all our employees seem to have a few underlying traits... FUN. Seriously, we don't take ourselves seriously.  ADVENTUROUS. We like doing new things as a team. COMPETITIVE. We like being the best.

WHAT'S THE TRAINING PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

Over the last few years, we have fine tuned our sales process. We now utilize a combination of virtual training including sales videos and models that have been especially designed for us, in person group training and also individualized C-Level coaching from our own CEO and other business owners across the country.

WHAT'S YOUR COMPANY CULTURE LIKE?

Worst question but we get asked it a lot. There's nothing we can say that would explain it without you viewing it yourself. You can check out our social media for a snapshot of us, but we always recommend someone meet us virtually or in person to decide. That being said, we like to do fun things, go to cool places and just enjoy each other's company.
